Fincana Limited is duly incorporated in Estonia and is licensed by the Estonian Ministry of Economy and Communications with the right to provide financial services in Europe. It holds Virtual Currency Service License # FVT000136 dated 17.09.2020.
Paycorp Limited is registered in Vanuatu. Under the Finance license # 15068, Payeer provides financial services worldwide.
With these licenses, Payeer operates globally and onboards any clients subject to certain restrictions (e.g. sanctioned countries). It works with high risk clients.
